We loved our stay in this hotel! The location was perfect- close to the city center and easy to reach from the station. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and excellent shower products. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious.

The hotel has an excellent location near a beautiful park, making it easy to explore the city center by foot. It is also conveniently located near the train station. the rooms are spacious, soundproof, and feature high-quality amenities such as coffee makers and fantastic shower products. the staff is friendly, helpful and the breakfast is very good, with lots of delicious options.

Some minor details need improvement to make the stay more comfortable, such as the quality of the mini bar and the availability of still water instead of sparkling in the room, and the need for better curtains to block out morning light.

The hotel had a great location, which was very near to the famous Christmas Markets. , the breakfast and evening meals were quite nice. There was a bar located on the top floor of the hotel which was excellent for drinks. The hotel provided secure parking which was nearby.

The hotel experience was quite negative. The check-in experience was unpleasant and staff was not friendly at all.
